Self examinations are of great importance and these should be performed every month by all ages of women. These are a great source of catching any abnormality at best early time. Women should remember that only they can understand their body the best.

All examinations for breast are to help women in a better way for early detection of breast cancer whether it is a clinical examination, a mammogram, or a Self breast examination. Now women have to decide whether they want to be in breast cancer statistics or they would prefer to be victorious against breast cancer.
