Men and women are equally important to run the course of life so both genders should be in good state of health. Women around the globe are at higher risk of being affected by the most dreadful disease called breast cancer, however men can also develop this cancer but the ratio is lower comparatively so women need to be more vigilant about breast health.
Be Aware Women
As the problem of breast cancer is worldwide so a lot of efforts are being made to defeat it completely, but unfortunately there is no way to prevent its occurrence successfully so there must be something to reduce the risk of its occurrence. It is advised for women to be breast aware so that they can take care of breasts effectively because being aware helps in taking god care of breasts and detecting the anomalies as they take place.
Detection of breast anomalies at right time is crucial to save the life of a woman as anomalies spread at fast pace if they are due to cancer and at later stage there are fewer chances to cure them successfully. Breast exam is the best way to enlighten awareness so women should do it monthly so that any change may not be overlooked and become the cause of severe health conditions. Breast exam is not a prevention to breast cancer, but it increases the chances of early detection and improves survival; rate as well.
