Diet plays a significant role
either when you don’t have breast cancer or you are receiving treatment for it.

Grapes:
Grapes have polyphenols that work

effects of treatment. And in grapes red are considered to be more effective as

Breast cancer cells grow more
rapidly due to estrogen. Red grapes have resveratrol which helps in slowing
down estrogen dependent cells growth.
Green Tea:
Green tea is full of catechins and
other polyphenols to help in not only reducing breast cancer but also helps in
converting cancerous cells in normal cells.
Blueberries
Blueberries are considered to be
highly enriched with all those compounds and acids which have proved anti-cancer
elements. These are catechins, caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid,
gallic acid.
Along with these foods garlic, onion, Kelly,
tomatoes and cherries are also wonderful foods that helps you in lowering
breast cancer risk and during and after breast cancer treatment. After you have
successfully undergone breast cancer treatment it is advised that along with healthy
diet plan do undergo breast cancer self examination to reduce
recurrence chances of this disease.
