Blueberries

Blueberries are considered to be highly enriched with all those compounds and acids which have proved anti-cancer elements. These are catechins, caffeic acid, chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, gallic acid.

 Along with these foods garlic, onion, Kelly, tomatoes and cherries are also wonderful foods that helps you in lowering breast cancer risk and during and after breast cancer treatment. After you have successfully undergone breast cancer treatment it is advised that along with healthy diet plan do undergo breast cancer self examination to reduce recurrence chances of this disease.
