Women across the world are at
increased risk t be attacked by the most dreadful disease of breasts that is
known as breast cancer. This disease can affect men as well as women, but
mostly the victims of disease are women. The reasons are several in numbers,
but the most common reasons that can’t be altered by anyone in the world are
natural such as
Gender
Gender is categorized into male,
and female gender and both genders have some differences such as difference of
body parts, appearance etc. Women have large breasts as compare o men so their
breasts are intricate in nature due to the variety of cells they are made up of
such as fatty, glandular, and connective tissues. The risk to be affected by
the disease is higher for women due to the intricate structure of the breast.
Age
Age is natural phenomenon that puts women at increased risk
of developing cancer in the breasts. The risk of women increases due to the natural
changes such as menopause etc. Breast cancer screening is strongly recommended
to women as they age because the risk increases for them.
Family history
Family history of breast cancer
puts a woman at increased risk to develop breast cancer. If close relatives of women
have had diagnosed with this cancer the risk increases 100 %, and in case of
distant relatives the risk increases 50 %.
Personal History
Personal history of a woman can be defined as a woman has
had diagnosed with breast cancer
earlier so the chances are greater for her to be diagnosed with it again.
